                               RESOLUTION NO. 19656
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT 
                   OLSEN HENSLEY TO PERFORM ENGINEERING 
                   SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE PREPARATION OF A 
                   RATE STUDY TO ESTABLISH THE APPROPRIATE 
                   CLASSES OF PROPERTIES (USERS) FOR THE 
                   FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF A COMPREHENSIVE WATER 
                   QUALITY BASED STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM 
                   FOR A CONSIDERATION OF FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND 
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($45,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor and the City Finance 
       Officer be and are hereby authorized to execute and attest, 
       respectively, an Agreement with Piedmont Olsen Hensley to perform 
       engineering services relative to the preparation of a rate study 
       to establish the appropriate classes of properties (users) and 
       subsequent "user fees" to provide financial support of a 
       comprehensive water quality based storm water management program 
       for a consideration of $45,000.00.
